Job summary

DNV Group in Singapore seeks a Key Account Manager to grow the company’s presence in the region’s maritime hub, focusing on shipowners, managers, and technology providers.

You will lead commercial initiatives, nurture relationships with stakeholders such as the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore, and coordinate with global teams to deliver classification, advisory, and decarbonisation services.

Responsibilities

• Grow DNV’s maritime business in Singapore and SEA-Pacific.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across Singapore’s maritime cluster.
• Sell DNV Maritime services: class transfers, newbuilds and conversions.
• Provide decarbonisation advisory and ESG services.
• Prepare proposals, pricing reviews and contracts; Salesforce accuracy.
• Meet revenue targets and pipeline expectations.
• Engage and grow customer relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipowners, managers, charterers and MPAs.
• Support Strategic Key Accounts and coordinate globally.
• Lead commercial discussions with customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with local tech and operations.
• Market intelligence and regulatory awareness.
• Monitor MPA regulations, incentives and sustainability programs.
• Track IMO regulatory changes.
• Assess fleet renewal and decarbonisation trends in SG.
• Analyse competitors and inform positioning.
• Represent DNV in Singapore maritime associations and events.
• Collaborate with Maritime Area teams and Global BD.
• Promote cross-selling of advisory, digital solutions and classification.
• Contribute to annual planning and growth initiatives for Singapore.
