Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting is seeking a diligent admin officer for our maritime client. You will manage day-to-day crew administration, supervise payroll-related matters and coordinate crew movements with Masters, manning agencies, port agents and travel providers.

The role requires a Diploma in a shipping-related field, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently. Familiarity with DNV GL Ship Manager is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day crew administration and support payroll-related matters.
• Monitor vessel crew schedules, manpower requirements and rotation arrangements.
• Coordinate crew movements with Masters, manning agencies, port agents and travel agencies.
• Handle flight arrangements and required Flag State documentation for joining officers.
• Maintain accurate records of crew certificates, medical documents, visas, training and sea service.
• Review crew-related expenses, allowances, benefits and port disbursements.
• Arrange CTM and provide administrative support for crew changes.
• Assist with crew briefings and other operational activities as required.
