Key duties include recruiting and deploying crew, maintaining relationships with manning agents, managing crew budgets, monitoring performance, and guiding the crewing team to continuous improvement while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of crewing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and crewing practices.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with crew management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
