Job summary

Mazu Recruitment, a premier Singapore-based provider of ship management and marine logistics, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the APAC region. You will build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage sales pipelines for commercial maritime services.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role offers mentorship, international exposure, and a dynamic work culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales, BD, or commercial operations in maritime/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping industry and vessel operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with cold outreach and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and potential leads across APAC.
• Support key client accounts and manage sales pipelines.
• Draft quotes, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM data, sales forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with regional hubs to ensure service delivery.
