Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrates service-oriented attitude for customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and technically curious approach to work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills; capable of system level troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently and repair equipment remotely or on-site.
• Willing to travel up to ~40% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Installations, training, and acceptance tests of delivered equipment.
• Provide technical support to sales team in the APAC region, including pre-sale demos.
• Open and manage the 24/10 Support Hotline and support email.
• Provide on-site customer support and demonstrations within APAC (and occasionally beyond).
• Document all support claims and incidents in the company database.
• Prepare project specifications and timelines with customers.
• Test, evaluate, modify, and re-test Exail products.
• Write reports and documentation of product tests and results.
• Analyze data and interpret results.
