Job summary

Eastern Glory Marine Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Marine Electrical Technician to join our team in Singapore.

You will provide on-board electrical maintenance, inspect and troubleshoot marine systems, and support installation of control and navigation equipment. Travel across Singapore, Malaysia, and ASEAN regions is required; Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with overtime possible. Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or marine electrical maintenance is preferred, with hands-on shipboard

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical skills relevant to marine equipment maintenance.
• Skilled in reading and understanding electrical circuit diagrams.
• Solid knowledge of shipboard electrical systems including: Engine monitoring and control systems; Ballast Water Treatment Systems.
• Able to carry out tasks both at anchorage and in shipyards, physically fit to board vessels frequently.
• Comfortable adapting to diverse and evolving work environments.
• Motivated to learn and develop new product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Able to manage interactions and situations with ship crew efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable routing and installation onboard vessels and in workshops.
• Conduct electrical inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance as required.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Support the team in job execution and daily operations.
• Prepare detailed service reports upon job completion.
• Perform duties both locally and overseas as required.
• Perform ad hoc tasks when required.

Roles& Responsibilities

We areseeking an Marine Electrical Technician to join our team in Singapore. The roleinvolve providing technical support and maintenance for marine equipment andsystems.

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Service Engineer

Location: Travel around Singapore/Malaysia/Asean

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (able to contribute t o work on short notice, overtime, including night time, weekends and public holidays)

Nationality: Malaysian / Singaporean / PR / EP

JobScope

ME- Electronic Fuel Injection System Control, Bridge Navigation Equipment (Radar, electric compass，VDR and GMDSS) , Alfa Oil Separator Control System, Fire Alarm Control System,Tanker level control system TT
