Job summary

ShipIn Systems is seeking a proactive, highly organized professional to support the Director of Growth, APAC, across account management, customer coordination, and deployment activities. The role centers on a portfolio of small to mid-market maritime customers, managing day-to-day relationships, renewals and expansions, and ensuring deployments progress smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or customer-facing roles.
• Maritime industry experience required.
• Highly organized, proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HubSpot and Jira or quick learner.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, finance, sales ops, marketing, IT.
• Able to work across time zones with international stakeholders.
• Mandarin speaking preferred; other regional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of small and mid-market accounts with up-to-date HubSpot records.
• Maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, meeting briefs, and health updates.
• Support renewals and expansions, meetings, and executive engagements.
• Coordinate customer meetings, travel, and multi-stakeholder sessions.
• Draft customer communications and follow up on open items.
• Track activity, deployments, vessel/fleet statuses, and service requests.
• Coordinate invoicing, freight charges, and overdue payments.
• Share competitive intelligence and customer insights.
• Collect and relay customer feedback, feature requests, and deployment needs.
• Track product requests and provide status updates.
• Identify deployment blockers and raise internally.
• Support feedback sessions and surveys.
• Track deployment progress from kit dispatch to AI go-live.
• Ensure required docs, consignee details, installers, and logistics.
• Coordinate platform walkthroughs and onboarding for crew and shore teams.
• Maintain data for EBRs and customer success reviews.
