Aufgaben

• Manage full lifecycle of tenders and bids in the marine sector.
• Liaise with clients and brokers to identify opportunities and prepare cost breakdowns.
• Issue RFPs/RFQs and manage clarifications with suppliers.
• Analyze quotes for technical compliance and pricing competitiveness.
• Build comprehensive project estimates from forex, material, and labour data.
• Prepare detailed cost sheets and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, and invoicing for awarded projects.
• Coordinate tender inputs across internal departments and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Track equipment delivery and vendor schedules to support project success.
