Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a Commercial Executive (Contracts & Costing) for marine construction. The role focuses on tender submissions, contract documentation, and commercial coordination across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years' experience in construction/commercial roles, with RFQ/tendering and subcontractor management expertise. Degree in QS or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• MRICS or PMP certification is advantageous.
• 2–4 years of commercial or quantity surveying experience in construction, marine, or oil & gas sectors.
• Hands-on experience with RFQs, tendering, contract documentation, POs, and subcontractor management.
• Solid knowledge of tendering procedures and contract negotiation fundamentals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage disputes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and explore new commercial opportunities.
• Participate in daily and weekly commercial coordination meetings.
• Manage tender submissions and RFQ responses per requirements.
• Maintain commercial records including masterlists and ERP entries.
• Prepare internal handover documentation for awarded tenders.
• Support reporting requirements and project integration meetings.
• Review and approve purchase/work orders initiated by supply chain teams.
• Assist in selection and coordination of subcontractors with operations.
• Support change orders during construction and other commercial tasks.
