Job summary

CMA CGM & ANL (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an SSE Expert to ensure IMS compliance and adherence to international rules across a fleet. You will monitor the continuous improvement plan, produce timely reports, and uphold quality, health, safety, environment and ethics standards.

Ideal candidates have sailing experience, ISM/ISO audit training, and strong QHSE knowledge, with the ability to travel for ship visits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Trained in ISM and ISO Internal audits.
• Knowledge in QHSE management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Comply with IMS and international rules and regulations.
• Ensure duties align with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies.
• Propose a continuous improvement plan and report periodically.
• Assist in QHSSE responsibilities for assigned vessels.
• Manage ISM/ISPS/MLC audits and flag audits.
• Conduct audits onboard ships and participate in Emergency Response Team.
