Job summary

IMPA MARINE PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement Co-ordinator to manage the sourcing of marine spares and stores for assigned vessels. You will ensure timely, cost-effective procurement and reliable delivery while coordinating vessel schedules with stakeholders to support smooth operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in the marine industry, offshore operations experience, and a readiness to work a 5.5-day week with transport provided from the nearest MRT station.

Responsibilities

• Source marine inventory quickly and cost-effectively to meet vessel operational needs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for spares and stores for assigned vessels.
• Monitor vessel schedules and provide timely updates on requisition and delivery status to vessels and stakeholders.
• Handle procurement-related inquiries, communications, and emails to ensure clarity and responsiveness.
• Work independently and maintain performance under pressure in a fast-paced marine environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members using strong interpersonal skills to support procurement objectives.
