Job summary

UK Company in Singapore (Paya Lebar) is hiring an Operations Coordinator for marine operations support and client liaison. Diploma in Maritime studies or offshore logistics qualification is required, with travel up to 2–3 times yearly.

You will coordinate contracts, monitor vessel activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage post-operation logistics. Training is provided for suitable candidates; a competitive remuneration package and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Location: Paya Lebar

5 days work week, 9am to 5pm, Hybrid working arrangement

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries for marine operations
• Liaise with business support team to ensure contracts and quotes are prepared and sent in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with standard guidelines and regulations
• Co-ordinate the mobilisation & demobilisation of equipment from storage to offshore location
• Monitor all vessels movements, weather changes and any other factors which may affect the operation
• Update client with status of their operation, throughout entire operation
• Handle post operation logistics and documentation
• Comply with requirements of the safe working practices and safety procedures that apply to the work being undertaken
• Travelling within Singapore and abroad to visit new and existing clients, in order to market the Company's products & services

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime studies or related offshore logistics operation qualification
• Candidates without related working experience but possess the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Ability to travel overseas for training and visit clients when needed (about 2 to 3 times a year)
