Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marine Operation Executive to coordinate afloat repair, load testing and inspection services for vessels across Singapore and the region. The role requires on-site presence at Penjuru Lane with transport provided.

You will support the Service Manager, prepare quotations and job costing, manage tools and equipment, and ensure timely execution of marine service jobs while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the marine industry.
• Prior experience with marine cranes and deck machinery is required.
• Prior onboard working experience is required.
• Experience coordinating marine service jobs, particularly afloat repairs, will be an advantage.
• Able to handle both operational and commercial aspects of marine service work.
• Able to support service requirements outside normal office hours when necessary due to the nature of marine operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day afloat repair, load testing and inspection service activities for vessels in Singapore and the region.
• Support the Service Manager in managing field service operations, including technical, operational and commercial matters.
• Prepare quotations, job costing for invoicing, tools and equipment lists, and arrange procurement of required parts.
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on the execution of marine service jobs.
• Liaise with Ship Managers, Offshore Operators, Shipyards, Ship Agents and other relevant parties on service requirements.
• Manage tools and equipment stored in the warehouse and arrange periodic recertification when required.
• Coordinate with Ship Agents, Ports and Shipyards on permits, access arrangements and service attendance schedules.
• Arrange transportation of Engineers, tools and equipment to and from vessels and job sites.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide remote technical support when required.
• Ensure service jobs are properly coordinated and completed according to operational requirements.

• Salary: $4000 - $5,000 + AWS & Performance Bonus
• Working Days: Mon to Fri | 8am to 5pm , Saturday 8am to 12pm
• Location: Penjuru Lane - 2 way company transport provided @ Jurong East
