Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Support: Schedule, prepare documents, and manage internal communications.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Customer Engagement: Support client interactions via phone and email, maintain relationships, follow up.
• Join senior team in client meetings to observe relationship management practices.
• Order & Resource Management: Process inquiries and orders using internal systems.
• Manage availability of sales materials, samples, and presentation tools.
• After-Sales Support: Handle feedback and issues, coordinate with departments for resolution.
• Track post-sale interactions and follow up on service satisfaction.
• Data & Process Improvement: Maintain customer data and sales activity records.
• Suggest improvements to internal sales processes.
