Red Offshore Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive business opportunities in Marine HVAC systems and deck machinery. You will work closely with shipyards, vessel owners, contractors and manufacturers to craft technically robust, commercially competitive solutions from enquiry through execution.

The role requires strong technical acumen, commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills, with travel within Southeast Asia as needed.

Formación

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, marine engineering, HVAC or related field.
Strong understanding of Marine HVAC systems and/or Deck Machinery.
Experience with marine, offshore, shipyard, or oil & gas projects is advantageous.
Ability to interpret drawings, specs, datasheets and project requirements.

Responsabilidades

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Marine HVAC and Deck Machinery in Southeast Asia.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender documentation.
Coordinate with shipyards, manufacturers and suppliers to meet project specs and timelines.
Support negotiations to achieve commercially viable project outcomes.
Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events to develop opportunities.
