Hanworthy Marine Equipment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales Engineer to lead business development and revenue growth.

You will engage shipowners, ship managers, and prospective customers to secure new orders and expand market share across our marine equipment portfolio. Collaborate with engineering teams for pre- and post-sales technical support, prepare tailored proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure contract execution and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–8 years of sales and business development experience in marine equipment or ship management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with sharp commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales Growth: build and maintain relationships with Singapore-based shipowners, ship managers, and prospective customers; identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals to hit targets.
• Technical Sales & Support: work with engineering to provide pre- and post-sales technical support and tailored, cost-efficient proposals.
• Market & Project Coordination: monitor regional maritime trends, coordinate with operations to ensure smooth contract execution and high client satisfaction.
