Job summary

MTM Ship Management in Singapore seeks a Marine Executive to support the Marine Manager and Superintendents in daily vessel operations. You will coordinate closely with onshore teams to ensure smooth operations and timely decision-making.

Key duties include managing inspections (PSC/flag state), compiling month-end reports and vessel KPIs, and handling vessel questionnaires and audits. The role requires independence, the ability to work in a team, and proficient MS Office skills for accurate

• Minimum O Levels / ITE / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in similar field is preferred but not compulsory.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.
