Job summary

MTM Ship Management PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Marine Executive to support Vessel Operations, working closely with the Marine Manager and Superintendents to ensure smooth daily operations on board and ashore.

You will prepare month-end vessel KPIs, follow up on PSC/flag inspections, complete vessel questionnaires, and assist with audits and day-to-day matters, contributing to the company’s commitment to technical and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels / ITE / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in similar field is preferred but not compulsory.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Marine Manager & Superintendents in Vessel Operations.
• Follow through on PSC / flag state inspections and documentation
• Compile month end reports, & vessel KPIs
• To complete Vessel Questionnaire
• Internal & External audit reports and follow ups
