Job summary

ST Engineering Marine is seeking an Admin Executive to manage end-to-end Maintenance Orders in SAP S/4HANA PP and SILS, located at Marine – 7 Benoi Road, Singapore.

You will open, close and document MOs on time, process vendor quotations, and maintain a centralized repository to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness. Strong MS Excel skills and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Based at Changi Naval Base, candidates must be Singapore Citizens.

Qualifications

• NTC or Diploma in any field.
• Meticulous in planning and data administration.
• Experience with SAP Production Planning is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to work in Changi; Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of Maintenance Orders in SAP PP and SILS.
• Open/close and document Maintenance Orders to meet deadlines.
• Process vendor/ service quotations via digital scanning and routing for approvals.
• Maintain a centralized MO repository for data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional dispatch of MOs & POs to field teams.
• Conduct quality checks on system data entries to uphold integrity.
• Support all operations administration duties as assigned.
