Job summary

SLIM DOC SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven marketing communications professional in Singapore to handle outbound calls, nurture customer relationships, and support multi-channel campaigns.

You will contribute to SMS, email, and social media content while coordinating with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies. The role requires 2-3 years in telemarketing or related fields, excellent English communication, and a genuine interest in beauty and wellness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or marketing communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English; additional languages a plus).
• Passion or interest in the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our beauty products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support in creating content for SMS, emailers, and social media.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to inquiries.
