Job summary

Emerson Automation Solutions Final Control Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support active production equipment, perform maintenance and repair, manage spare parts, and drive equipment improvements for better reliability and efficiency.

You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality, equipment uptime and operational excellence within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance support for resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
• Experience in preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM) and autonomous maintenance (AM) per schedules.
• Knowledge of PLCs and automation systems for operation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Address production redlights related to equipment/tool failure and ensure timely recovery of manufacturing operations.
• Perform preventive, corrective and autonomous maintenance to ensure continuous production operations and improve uptime.
• Execute in-house testing and calibrations of equipment according to procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to support operational and business objectives.
• Manage spare parts inventory, stock replenishment and tracking of critical spares to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous equipment improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Support production rework activities to ensure quality and compliance.
