Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Technician for pharmaceutical manufacturing in Tuas, Singapore. Responsibilities include reviewing GxP records, batch release support, and cross-functional quality activities.

Work involves cleanroom environments across compounding, filling and packaging with rotating shifts. The role requires a Diploma or NITEC in a science-related field, strong documentation skills, and knowledge of GMP.

Qualifications

• Good documentation skills and attention to detail required.
• Basic GMP/quality systems understanding advantageous.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing/cleanroom environment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review GxP manufacturing records for critical processes.
• Review specs, exceptions, deviations and alarms for batch release.
• Support quality activities across Compounding, Filling and Packaging operations.
• Conduct quality walkdowns in manufacturing and cleanroom areas.
• Manage GxP records and samples through document/learning management systems.
• Support document distribution, review, approval, archiving and retention.
• Issue manufacturing batch records and support labeling/LIMS activities.
• Support investigations, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, safety and quality requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams on quality-related issues and improvements.

• 3 Rotating Shifts (8 hours each)
• $2,200–$2,400 Basic
• $400 Transport Allowance
• $460 Shift Allowance
• 1-Year Contract
