Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing professional to operate equipment and execute processes in a cGMP environment. The role requires hands-on operation of manufacturing lines, documentation, and adherence to production schedules.

You will manage batch records, qualify equipment, and maintain GMP standards in a fast-paced facility located in Tuas, Singapore. 12-month contract with a focus on quality, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP, batch record documentation, and deviation management.

Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and execute drug product manufacturing processes in compliance with cGMP and production schedules.
• Execute drug product manufacturing operations including dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, and filling.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and GMP documentation accurately and in real-time.
• Perform in-process controls, sampling, and checks as specified in batch records.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in production areas.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Attend and apply GMP training programs.

About the Job
