PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an entry-level assembler with a focus on electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies.

You will build, test and repair components using wiring diagrams, schematics and standard work instructions. You will also perform data entry on the computer, audit incoming parts, and help maintain a safe, clean working environment while following safety policies. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required for highly motivated candidates

Qualifications

• Min NITEC in engineering related study.
• Similar experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, repair and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components using routine work orders, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Enter progress, work expense and labor details into computer systems.
• Receive parts, perform audits and ensure availability of necessary parts; inspect parts for defects and troubleshoot to improve processes.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, healthy work environment; follow safety training and policies.

Description du poste

• Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.
• Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies and components. Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details.
• Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform build, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects, troubleshoots and improves processes.
• Observes all safety standards. Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices. Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.
