Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team of leaders and technicians in achieving section objectives. You will oversee AOI processing and strive for high-quality output at optimal costs.

The role requires strong supervisory and communication skills, with at least 5 years in PCB manufacturing. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred, and routine training updates will be part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE or Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCB manufacturing environment.
• Good supervisory and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and testing of PCB is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of leaders and technicians to achieve section objectives.
• Take charge of AOI Processing.
• Ensure products produced with good quality and optimal cost.
• Minimize WIP and maximize output within the section while managing delivery performance.
• Conduct OJT training and update certification, re-certification and training records.
• Maintain good communications and teamwork with all levels of staff and chair daily staff briefings.
• Ensure operators adhere to work procedures and carry out in the correct manner.
• Enforce discipline and morale of the workforce.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety in the section.
• Feedback to relevant departments on quality related issues.
