Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced operations leader to steer high‑volume, high‑mix PCBA production. You will manage multiple lines, drive Lean initiatives, and coordinate with Finance, Materials and Warehouse to ensure accurate inventories and on‑time deliveries.
You will lead shift staffing, monitor cost controls, and ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and 5S+ standards while mentoring Superintendents and Supervisors in a dynamic mass‑production environment.
Oversee daily and weekly production execution to consistently meet operational output, quality, yield, and on-time delivery targets.
Bridge strategic goals with shift execution and headcount deployment by managing Superintendents and balancing resource distribution across multiple production lines and shifts.
Lead and execute the annual Physical Inventory (PI) count for the production department, coordinating with Finance, Materials, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate WIP, raw material, and finished goods reconciliation.
Drive operational Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, reduce process cycle times, minimize WIP inventory, and lower scrap.
Collaborate directly with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions to resolve operational roadblocks in mass production and ensure smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) handovers.
Review departmental overtime, shift utilization, and direct labor efficiency metrics to maintain operational cost controls within assigned budget limits.
Monitor operational adherence to ISO, EHS, RBA regulations, and 5S+ workplace standards across all production zones.
Conduct competency gap assessments for Superintendents and Supervisors, supporting technical up-skilling and frontline talent development
Act as the primary operational escalation point for line-stop quality interventions, reviewing root-cause analysis (8D/CAPA) prior to line restarts.
Driving operational efficiency through process automation and Google Gemini AI.
Minimum 7 years of experience in high-volume, high-mix PCBA or TLA manufacturing.
Minimum Diploma in manufacturing, production, or engineering disciplines, or equivalent.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
Strong operational leadership, resource scheduling, and conflict-resolution skills.
In-depth understanding of high-volume/high-mix manufacturing processes, throughput optimization, inventory management, and shop-floor control.
Proficient in MS Office applications or Google Workspace equivalent.
Possess strong supervisory or managerial experience (e.g., as a Production Superintendent or
Lead Supervisor) directly managing multi-shift manufacturing teams.
