Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs Singapore is seeking a Production Specialist to support the manufacturing of our electronic sensors and automation components. You will work on the shop floor in automotive, energy, or process industries, following daily production schedules and quality procedures.

The role emphasizes hands-on assembly and troubleshooting, adherence to safety, 5S housekeeping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Engineering is required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Electronics industry experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Singaporean or Singapore PRs welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and perform tasks (soldering, testing, packing, gluing) per daily production schedule.
• Follow production documents and report non-conformance immediately.
• Record production data (times, defects, etc.).
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Identify hazards and report to supervisor promptly.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and organized (5S).
• Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Handle 1st level technical issues to sustain production.
• Assist in line balancing within work cells.
