Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily production tasks such as operating machines, soldering, testing, packing, and related activities as assigned by the superior.
• Follow production documents and work instructions; escalate issues or non-conformances.
• Record production data including clocking time and defects/rejects.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
• Identify hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S).
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Handle 1st level technical issues and sustain production as needed.
• Participate in line balancing within work cells.
