Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs Singapore is seeking a Production Specialist to support manufacturing of electronic sensors and automation components. You will follow daily production schedules, operate machines, perform soldering, testing, packing, and record production data while ensuring safety and quality.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a NITEC in Engineering. You will join a collaborative team, enjoy 5S housekeeping, and participate in line balancing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a NITEC in Engineering

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and follow a daily production schedule
• Perform soldering, testing, packing and related assembly tasks
• Record production data (clocking time, defects/rejects) and report issues
• Follow safety procedures and 5S housekeeping
• Resolve technical issues and sustain production processes
• Involve in line balancing within work cells and self-organizing teams
