Job summary

YAMARI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a certified Project Management Manager (PMP) to lead end-to-end engineering initiatives in our manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6+ years of project management experience in process plant, chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or heavy manufacturing.
• Must have PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering capital projects within Singapore regulatory framework (MOM, SCDF, NEA, BCA).
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting is desirable.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of engineering initiatives in manufacturing facility.
• Bridge corporate governance with factory floor operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality on projects.
• Manage budgets, procurements, and vendor contracts.
• Drive Change Management, Lean initiatives, and digitalization.
• Identify organizational wide areas of improvement and opportunities; lead feasibility studies.
