Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate Manufacturing and Refurbishment teams on energy equipment projects in Singapore. You will ensure delivery aligned with contract requirements and internal policies, manage schedules, and liaise with stakeholders.

You will develop and maintain the Contract Master Schedule, drive on-time execution, and use the MRP system for invoicing and reporting, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in upstream energy equipment with manufacturing process knowledge.
• 5+ years as Project Manager on projects of $10M+ with contract familiarity.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Manufacturing and Refurbishment teams per project requirements.
• Execute projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule per contract.
• Develop and manage the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and communicate needs.
• Maintain compliance with the Quality System.
• Manage invoicing schedules, POC reporting, and MRP tasks.
• Work independently on PM activities with support for offshore campaigns.
