Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to be the first point of contact for customers and the factory on technical and operational issues. You will lead the program team to resolve constraints that affect delivery and ensure alignment on the schedule.

You must hold an Engineering degree and PMP certification, with at least 5 years in project management within manufacturing. Strong problem-solving, communication, and Excel skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers and factory on technical and operational issues.
• Lead program team to resolve issues impacting delivery schedule.
• Align customer and factory on program delivery schedule.
• Review ECO changes and update BOM to latest revision.
• Address material shortages to keep production on schedule.
• Arrange shipment for Open Orders and communicate EOL items for replacements.
