Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Production Support on a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible) at Boon Lay. You will assist the Engineering Department during product development, design tooling, prepare process sheets, and support transition to production.

Responsibilities include process control charts, OJT, safety standards, and collaboration with QC; reading drawings and CAD proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing/production.
• Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering during product development and smooth transition to production.
• Design tooling, jigs, gauges for development and manufacturing.
• Prepare process sheets and Process Control Charts for production.
• Support plant trials and process capability studies with QC.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training for production staff.
• Maintain housekeeping and a safe, organized work area.
• Comply with safety regulations and workplace requirements.
