Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and support a Direct Labour team, overseeing daily operations and driving performance improvements.

You will collaborate with DL leaders to plan cross-training, engage direct reports for feedback, work with other departments to maximize tool output, and promote 5S and safety mindset while aiming for zero miss-operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use MS Excel and PowerPoint for daily reporting.
• Experience with Power BI and automation tasks is a plus.
• Ability to identify, handle and resolve constraint issues with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a manufacturing team of Direct Labour (DL) to manage section daily operations.
• Plan manpower cross training with DL leaders to improve shift deployment flexibility.
• Provide regular feedback to direct reports on performance and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate daily with other departments to maximize tool output and efficiency.
• Coordinate with production control and capacity teams to improve section delivery performance.
• Promote 5S and safety mindset in daily work environment.
• Strive for zero miss-operations in all aspects of workscope.
