Job summary

You will focus on daily KPI performance (output, quality, cost, cycle-time, productivity), implement process improvements, and run training to strengthen the team while maintaining cleanroom standards and operator discipline.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with min 5 years of production management experience.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders, and Operators to achieve KPI targets and drive continuous improvement for operational excellence.
• Focus on daily KPI performance such as output, quality, cost, cycle-time and productivity.
• Continually improve processes and establish action plans to meet them.
• Implement training programs to strengthen the skillsets and capability of the team.
• Ensure Cleanroom cleanliness, good housekeeping, and operator discipline in the line.
