Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore's Gul Circle area seeks a Diploma- or degree-qualified engineer to join our manufacturing operations. You will coordinate production schedules, lead technology transfers, and drive process improvements in collaboration with planning, operations and maintenance teams.

The role emphasizes Lean / 5S, GMP, ISO compliance, safety leadership, and data-driven decision making to boost productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or process improvement is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules with planning and operations teams.
• Lead technology transfer and implementation of new equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for process equipment.
• Drive Lean, 5S, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Ensure GMP, ISO standards and safety policies are followed.
• Analyse production data to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Lead safety briefings and incident investigations.
• Manage sub-contractors for engineering and facility works.
• Support continuous improvement projects across Production and Engineering.
