Job summary

YI HE FA ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Factory Supervisor to assist the Factory Manager in daily production operations in Singapore.

You will supervise workers, coordinate manpower and schedules, and ensure smooth workflows across the plant. You will monitor steel processing, maintain machinery, enforce safety and quality standards, prepare production reports, and collaborate with management and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
• Prior experience in steels processing, fabrication or manufacturing will be an advantage.

• Monitor steel cuttings, processing, material handlings and productions activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machinery, equipment maintenance, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Prepare production reports and coordinate with management and other departments.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
• Must work in irregular shifts including night shifts.
