in Singapore seeks a seasoned Manager to oversee factory operations in construction steel and aluminum fabrication, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality and budget targets. You will lead a team, coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, implement safety policies, optimize production schedules, and drive continuous improvements across the plant.
Have 10 - 15 years of experience in Construction Industries, Steel & Aluminum Fabrication.
The Manager supervises factory operations by leading a team and effectively co-operating with the main contractor, subcontractor, and suppliers. The Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate quality and quantity control to ensure the on-time delivery of fabricated products and installation in order to satisfy the main contractors.
The Manager takes full responsibility for all manufacturing operations. Plan production meetings, schedules of employees, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintain product quality and budgets (including write-offs).
Plan, formulate, organize, control, and direct fabrication activities.
Evaluate the efficient maintenance and repair of the safety policies and standards.
Manage timelines and work priorities and allocate resources to meet the assigned factory timelines, goals, and budget.
Ensure that the product and installation effectively satisfy the quality level ordered by the main contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure the effectual adoption of new programs and policies and provide training in order to meet improved requirements ordered by the main contractors.
Supervise quality standards and enforce quality-control programs.
Collaborate with the sales team, installation team, and finance department to ensure the successful run of receiving, delivery, and installation schedule.
Collaborate with other factory managers and suppliers in the group to find the best practices and the best solution.
Review the overall performance and identify training necessities of the Factory Team.
