Job summary

HIROSE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled supervisor to manage daily steel fabrication operations in the yard. You will plan schedules, lead supervisors and workers, and optimize material flow to meet project deadlines.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of heavy fabrication processes, CNC/laser cutting, welding equipment, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy steel fabrication production.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of heavy steel fabrication processes, welding, and drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC, laser cutting, robotic welding, and fabrication equipment.
• Familiar with quality control standards and inspection procedures.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and safe operation.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or fabrication drawings.
• Familiar with on-site installation, ERP/production management software (optional).
• Willing to work in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate fabrication machines safely (CNC, laser, welding).
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Monitor production progress and provide reports to management.

Requirements

• Basicknowledge of AutoCAD or fabrication drawings.
• Familiar with project on site installation, ERPorproduction management software (optional but beneficial).
• Willing to work at Factory Environment.
