Job summary

BLOOMFOSS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Production Leader to manage and optimize our fabrication and assembly operations in Singapore. You will drive scheduling, capacity planning, and team leadership to meet delivery targets.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 frameworks. You will collaborate with planning, logistics, and project teams to ensure high quality output and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing related industries.
• Proven experience managing production teams workers.
• Familiarity with production planning, and factory automation systems.
• Experience working within ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified environments.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the production department to achieve output, quality, and delivery KPIs.
• Develop and implement production, manpower, and capacity plans to support project demands.
• Manage production scheduling and resource allocation for fabrication and assembly lines.
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce material wastage.
• Ensure timely completion of customer orders and project requirements.
• Oversee daily operations processing, production and fabrication.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
• Coordinate closely with planning, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth work flow and delivery execution.
• Review production reports and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost improvement.
• Lead Supervisor, Team Leaders, Machine Operators, and production staffs.
• Manage workforce planning, overtime, productivity, and deployment to meet operational requirements.
• Develop training programs to enhance technical competency, safety awareness, and leadership capabilities.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team performance and engagement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Maintain quality standards fabrication and production processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, production accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices throughout the facility.

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Support ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System implementation and compliance.
• Lead safety inspections, toolbox meetings, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture across production and yard operations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices throughout the facility.

Maintenance & AssetManagement

Oversee and manage the building maintenance with external vendor.

Monitor performance of fabrication machinery, automated equipment and production assets.

Coordinate with external vendors to ensure equipment readiness and operational efficiency.

Support machinery upgrades and technology adoption initiatives.

Logistics & DeliveryCoordination

Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fabricated products.

Optimize production and delivery schedules to support project timelines and customer requirements.

Support and implement digital tracking systems to enhance inventory visibility and operational planning.

Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse and logistic.

Preferred Competencies &Qualifications
