Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Woodlands is seeking a Plant Maintenance Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and to troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

You will coordinate with external contractors and support safety-compliant operations at the Woodlands facility. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments and the ability to guide junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial plants or production environments.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in manufacturing equipment.
• Able to guide and support junior technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, utilities and plant facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor equipment condition to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities, including servicing, repairs and equipment inspections.
• Manage spare parts, maintenance tools and service requirements to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors for equipment servicing, repairs, installation and maintenance works.
• Support equipment upgrades, improvement projects and commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
