Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• At least 4+ years in operations.
• Experience in Fab tool maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring performance metrics (inventory, cost) are met.
• Lead and develop a team of higher-level contributors; handle hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development.
• Ensure proper tools and processes are in place to support the team and operations.
• Deliver products and services that meet defined performance metrics.
• Structure maintenance programs focusing on tooling uptime, obsolescence projects, and spares management.
• Drive maintenance-focused tooling improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operation performance reports and key process documents (SOPs, SOWs, dashboards).
