Job summary

BARN & POTTER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on supervisor who can bridge operations and customer service. You will oversee production operators, support customers, and ensure day-to-day manufacturing runs smoothly and efficiently.

The role combines production supervision with client interaction, requiring strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Night shifts and on-site presence are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with sales or customer service exposure.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on Public Holidays, weekends and night shifts (10pm–10am).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients in the service and retail industries.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and order updates.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support customers on-site for product training.
• Support the Sales team to meet KPIs.
