Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking an Operation Supervisor for FIT manufacturing. You will manage a team of experienced ICs, drive performance against inventory and cost targets, and ensure the right tooling and processes are in place to support daily operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with 4+ years of operations experience, and knowledge of fab tool maintenance is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• At least 4+ years of experience in the operations function.
• Experience with Fab tool maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing activities for FIT operations and meet performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of higher level ICs; hire, set and monitor performance plans, coach and develop careers.
• Ensure proper tools and processes are in place to support the team and operations; deliver products/services meeting defined metrics.
• Structure maintenance program focusing on tooling uptime, obsolescence, spares management; drive maintenance-focused improvements.
• Prepare operation performance reports and manage essential documents (SOPs, Statements of Work, dashboards).
• Collaborate with management to maintain control of cost, inventory and downstream requirements.
