Job summary

ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations through data management, coordination, and administrative tasks.

The role involves maintaining production data, dashboards, and reports; assisting engineers with documentation and reporting; and facilitating communication across teams to ensure smooth production flow. Candidates with 1+ years in manufacturing support or warehouse admin are preferred and a high school or technical diploma

Qualifications

• High school or technical school diploma required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing support or admin role preferred.
• 1+ years in warehouse administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production data, reports, and dashboards
• Administrate production line warehouse
• Track KPIs such as Output, Yield, WIP
• Support production scheduling and coordination
• Assist engineers with documentation and reporting
• Facilitate communication between teams
