Job summary

M. C. PACKAGING (PTE.) LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrative Assistant to support manufacturing operations in Singapore.

The role focuses on monitoring stock levels, collecting and updating daily production reports, and preparing completion and wastage records for stores. You will also update raw materials usage, compile monthly production summaries, assist with yearly inventories, and create production labels and forms.

Qualifications

• Possess at least GCE O level cert.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production stocks levels and raise production purchase requisition to store when deem necessary.
• Collect the daily production report from production floor, sort out and update the daily report into the ERS system / excel file.
• Update the production quantity and prepare the completion report to Store.
• Update the raw materials usage record into the excel file.
• Close the production job order and record the production wastage.
• Prepare monthly production job order completion and wastage report.
• Involve in production yearly inventory exercise.
• Prepare production labels and all types of production forms.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required and delegated by Head of Department.
