Job summary

SOITEC-en in Singapore seeks a Production Improvement professional to drive manufacturing efficiency and cost effectiveness. You will implement improvement programs, streamline workflows, and monitor equipment throughput to meet delivery schedules.

You will also compile module performance reports, review event documentation, and develop SOPs to maintain quality standards and prevent non-conforming products. Strong teamwork and basic SQL knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive production improvement programs and workflow enhancements.
• Investigate scrap, non-conformity, and manpower inefficiencies.
• Improve operations to meet cost targets and delivery schedules.
• Compile and submit module performance reports.
• Review documentation on module-related events and activities.
• Develop SOPs to maintain quality standards and prevent non-conforming products.
