Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SPC, FMEA or TPM will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, productivity and process reliability.
• Analyse production data and utilise statistical tools to identify opportunities for process optimisation.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Participate in process improvement, benchmarking and operational excellence initiatives.
