Job summary

PerkinElmer Scientific (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production/Manufacturing Engineer to ensure product line quality and efficiency to meet production KPIs.

Lead Lean initiatives, automation enhancements, preventive maintenance, and tool/fixture design improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, maintain accurate engineering records and BOMs, support ISO audits, and train technicians; require minimum 5 years in manufacturing with

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science disciplines.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production engineering.
Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

Responsible for product line quality and yield.
Lead CI and Lean initiatives.
Improve tools/jigs/fixtures design for production.
Support ISO9001, ISO13485 and IS14001 audits.
Implement preventive maintenance and ensure its effectiveness.
Conduct RMA/DOA evaluations.
Create and update work instructions (WIs) and maintain ISO documents.
Train production technicians.
Support mass production of NPI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve output/yield issues.
