Job summary
Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled Production Lead to oversee electro-mechanical assembly, testing and diagnostics across product lines. You will lead troubleshooting of critical production issues with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in safety and efficiency.
The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Salary is up to SGD 4,600 monthly plus AWS and VB, with an early shift option and shift
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant working experience.
- Deep expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, test systems and diagnostics.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Experience in NPI, process optimization and cross functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical expert for assembly and test process across the product lines.
- Lead troubleshooting of critical and escalated production issues with cross-functional teams.
- Support in failure analysis, root cause investigations and design feedback.
- Lead training and develop technical competencies across the team.
- Analyze production data and KPIs for improvements.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to production targets.
- Provide leadership support to Senior Team Lead in planning and execution of production activities.
